Last week, the little ones finally decided to leave the nest and head on to greener pastures. We didn't see them actually take off, but we got to take some pictures pre-flight. Now we need to throw away my adorable house decoration and power wash the poop off the siding!! Ahh, kids, they never clean up after themselves...
Aren't they cute! I always enjoy watching baby birds grow. It's always amazing to me how they seem to be okay with a nest that appears too small for them before they ever fly off to their new life.

ReplyDeleteI'm hoping that because I exposed them to my camera and my paparazzi-ness early, they will continue to come back or at least send me a picture every Christmas...(fingers crossed!)
